The best open one I've found so far is Dia - https://github.com/nari-labs/dia - it has some limitations, but i think it's really impressive and I can run it on my laptop.

…open source conversational TTS model (similar to NotebookLM) that came out less than a month ago: https://github.com/nari-labs/dia . I have no affiliation with them, but an early review: it sounds really good and its Apache 2.0 licensed.

Have you considered using Dia for the TTS? I believe this is currently "best in class" https://github.com/nari-labs/dia

…partners voice with a voice font and perhaps also clone a personal conversation style with Dia https://github.com/nari-labs/dia - you might get close to the 'natural' conversation.
