You can find the dev branch of the vintage plugin here: https://github.com/sublimehq/Vintage Also see https://github.com/SublimeText/VintageEx which adds the vim command line.

…it does support vi bindings, including ex commands. Enable Vintage and then install VintageEx from https://github.com/SublimeText/VintageEx Very simple - and brilliant!

Maybe take a look at VintageEx: https://github.com/SublimeText/VintageEx I'm not sure if search/replace is included but if not you could open an issue and maybe someone adds it. :)
