…you don’t need to switch the monitor inputs and only need mouse / keyboard support. I’ve been using https://github.com/debauchee/barrier for the last few years. It works surprisingly well, no noticeable lag even when gaming.

That product is walking dead. Use https://github.com/debauchee/barrier which forked the last open source version.
